Faith Formation Directors

Volunteers interested in being Catechetical Instructors should email Faith Formation or call the Faith Formation office. Parents of students that would like to register for the Religious Education Program should also contact the Faith Formation group via email or call the Faith Formation office.
Statement of Purpose The Faith Formation of the children of Holy Name Parish is a three-fold responsibility. The primary responsibility of the children's faith formation is with the parent(s) or guardian(s). The Parish of Holy Name will assist the parent(s) or guardian(s) in the faith formation of their child (children) by providing on-going formation for students in grades 1 through 9. The children in grades 1 through 9 are required to be enrolled in the Faith Formation Program, to attend classes, and to fulfill all requirements for each year in order to satisfactorily advance to the next grade level. Students in grades 1 and 3 through 7 that attend Holy Name School or another Catholic school are exempt from attending Faith Formation classes at the parish.
Schedule of Classes
All classes are held in Holy Name School unless noted otherwise. All classes begin in late September and end in early May.
- Grades 1 - 3 meet on Sunday morning from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
- Grades 4 - 6 meet on Monday afternoons from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
- Grade 7, 8 and 9 meet every Sunday evening beginning with the 5:00 p.m. Mass in Church and concluding at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Center
